Design Horizon: Lexus of Thousand Oaks

Through October 2013 year to date Lexus sales increased by nearly 12% (by volume), making Lexus Dealers optimistic for continued sales growth into 2014. In fact, we recently submitted a new SoCal Lexus dealership for design and development processing. Although we can't give away too many project details yet, we can share that we will design the facility to comply with the new Lexus Corporate dealership program and aesthetic. The project is also targeted to achieve LEED® Certification, the Nationally accepted sustainable building standard established by the United States Green Building Council

We are certainly up to the task considering this is not our first Lexus auto dealership project. Just a few years ago we completed Lexus Escondido, the premier luxury lifestyle and auto dealership facility on the West Coast. The image below is a familiar sight for anyone that has zipped South on Interstate 15 (click on the image for additional views).  At over of a third of a million square feet of floor area, Lexus Escondido offers vehicle sales and service, and a mixed assortment of lifestyle offerings including fine dining at Vintana Restaurant, and boutique retail shopping and special event venues at The Centre

But you don't have to venture to San Diego County to see our work. In our own backyard here in Orange County we also designed the dealership now known as South County Lexus at Mission ViejoOwnership may have changed (the dealership was formally Lexus at Mission Viejo), but the building is still fabulous, and reflects the class, elegance, and lifestyle of the California Riviera.
